Oh, Eiffel Tower, you're a monument!

The construction of Gustav Eiffel by 1889 was originally called a " three-hundred-metre tower " . It was intended for a world exhibition and should have demonstrated the achievement of French science. And it's also a monument to the century of the French revolution. Of course, the tower is in breach of Paris's panorama and was originally planned to take it down 20 years after the construction.

For 41 years, it was the highest monument to the world. The altitude now stands at 324 metres (an increase due to numerous radio and television antennas transported at peaks). Since 1991, Eiffel Tower has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List

Since 1987, the tower has been jumping regularly. So they do sports jumps. This is mostly illegal. In 2010, the second floor (115 metres of height) jumped on skate. And it's a world record.

Sporting towers started in 1905. Then 27 people took part in a second floor escape. The winner was almost half a mile in three minutes, 12 seconds.

In 1923, a tube was found to be on a bicycle from the first floor (57 metres).

In the Eiffel region, the airplanes were flying underneath the airplanes, the canatos traveled to Trokadero, and in 2012 French Alain Robert, without insurance and with his bare hands, climbed to the top of the monument (themperature upstairs was 10 degrees).

In due course, Gustav Eifel wanted exclusive rights to replicate his childish image. However, the initiative has overwhelmed many men and craftsmen. And Gustav had to transfer rights to public use. Thus, the company lost only 5 billion sales cards and how many more pieces, statues, bottles and flanks, bags, T-shirts and others were sold since 1989.
